The terms for a Brisbane tour depend on the experience, operator and booking channel. Before paying, request or review the written conditions supplied with your quote or booking.
Quotes, availability and payment
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Availability, pricing, inclusions, pickup points and any payment deadlines must be confirmed in writing. Any deposit requirement and balance due date will be shown in your booking documents.
Cancellations and changes
Review the cancellation, amendment, late-arrival and no-show conditions attached to your booking. We do not publish a universal refund window because conditions can differ between experiences and suppliers.
Third-party experiences
When you book through an external provider, that provider’s current booking terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction. Confirm transport, ferry, admission and meal inclusions before payment.
